Magnolia State Marketing Solutions is looking for a hardworking, positive, and competitive candidate to join our team as a Sales Associate and to cross-train in all aspects of:

Our team at Magnolia State Marketing Solutions is expanding. We are in a place to triple in size by the start of next year! What does this mean? Initially, your job will be to join our sales team. Once you have mastered customer acquisition, we will begin to teach and develop your skill-set as a leader and coach. Your job will be to develop and train others. As you advance within the company, you will continue learning new phases of managing a business. We are looking to train someone from the bottom up into a management role.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required, college degree preferred
• Previous experience in customer service
• Previous experience in sales and marketing (preferred)
• Experience in training others (preferred)
• Experience in a team or sports environment setting
• Previous experience in retail or hospitality industry (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive mentality
